A Modern Garden by Don Drumm
Add a touch of floral whimsy to your home or garden with this beautiful work of art, created by renowned metal artist and sculptor Don Drumm. With a background in industrial design, Drumm pioneered the use of cast aluminum as an artistic medium. He was the artist-in-residence at Bowling Green State University, has received numerous high-profile awards, and has worked on commissions around the world, including large-scale installations for the Akron Zoo, Kent State University, and the US Embassy in Honduras. Drumm is based in Ohio, where his studio is located, but spends a significant part of the year on Sanibel. He draws inspiration from our island’s creatures and habitats and his works of art exist in harmony with the landscape of our barrier island sanctuary.
Out of This World Planet Gazing
Surrounded by water and with dark night skies that go on as far as the eye can see, Sanibel provides a perfect setting for stargazing. Let astronomer extraordinaire Robert Hunt help you select an evening with excellent sky viewing potential – all you have to do is invite up to 10 guests, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show through his top of the line telescope. Sanibel Sea School will serve up delicious drinks and appetizers.
Happy Hour on the Tropical Tiki Express
Our custom open-air tiki trailer is sure to put you in the island spirit. Your group will make stops at some of Sanibel’s most beloved restaurants for hors d’oeuvres and libations, then we will end the night with a celebratory dinner for 8.
Rosé the Night Away
There’s nothing quite like a cool, crisp glass of rosé to complement your meal on a warm Florida evening. You and your nine additional guests will enjoy delicious food in a beautiful setting at The Hampton Social's newest location at The Mercato in North Naples, FL. Your dinner will include a three-course menu featuring a diverse selection of seafood, served with premium wine pairings designed to enhance the flavors on your plate – including The Hampton Social’s Signature Rosé.
The Hampton Social was founded in Chicago’s River North neighborhood in 2015 by owner Brad Parker, CEO and founder of Parker Restaurant Group. It is a lifestyle-concept restaurant serving a carefully designed and very authentic East Coast cuisine. With stunning décor, live music and an imaginative food and drink menu, every aspect of The Hampton Social offers guests a posh, “Hamptons-like” experience.
